Calorie calculators estimate your needs once and leave you with that guess. Nutrition Pulse looks at what you actually eat and where your weight is really heading, then recalculates your targets every week — so your plan keeps pace as your body changes.
Formulas are a sensible starting point, but they can’t know what your body needs. Nutrition Pulse keeps refining that first estimate with your own logs.
Recalculates every week
The calories you’ve eaten in recent weeks are compared with the change in your weight trend, and your real energy expenditure is calculated from that. Your target rests on how your body actually responds, not on a formula’s assumptions.
Filters out scale noise
Water, salt and digestion can move the morning scale by up to a kilo from one day to the next. Your weight trend smooths out those short-term swings and shows the true direction of your progress, so a single weigh-in never leads you astray.

Knows Turkish cuisine
Hundreds of dishes — from lentil soup to pide, from menemen to olive-oil classics — come with real Turkish portions. Log “1 bowl”, “6 olives” or “1 pan” the way you’d naturally describe a meal, without weighing a thing.

Adaptive expenditure
Your real energy expenditure, from your own logs.
When weight loss slows down, most apps simply tell you to eat less. Nutrition Pulse measures the cause first: it compares the calories you ate over the last two weeks with the change in your trend weight, works out how much energy your metabolism is really using, and updates your target accordingly.
Physics that fits your body
Instead of the familiar “1 kg = 7,700 kcal” rule of thumb, the energy behind a change in weight is calculated from your body composition — so your targets and your progress projections rest on the same, more realistic foundation.
No guesswork when data is thin
When there aren’t enough logs, it holds your current target rather than forcing an estimate, and shows you clearly which data is missing to sharpen the calculation.
Asks about empty and partial days
During the weekly check-in you mark fasting days and days you only partly logged. A single incomplete day never distorts how your whole week is read.

Logging
Logging shouldn’t take longer than eating.
There are three ways to log a meal; use whichever is easiest in the moment. Every entry lands in the same diary with the same precision.
By photo
Just take a picture of your plate. It recognises dishes and portions, and breaks mixed dishes such as menemen into their ingredients so you can see what each one contributes. You can edit every detail, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

Cosmic Rhythm · optional
The sky is data too.
If you like, you can receive a personal sky report for each day based on your birth chart. Planet positions come from real astronomical calculations, and the day’s reading is written with your food logs and weight trend in mind. Every day you log, a new star lights up in your constellation.
For entertainment only; not medical or nutrition advice. It is off by default and only runs if you turn it on.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What is TDEE and why does it matter?
TDEE is your total daily energy expenditure — the total number of calories you burn in a day. Your calorie target for losing, maintaining or gaining weight is calculated from it. Nutrition Pulse doesn’t just estimate it once with a formula; it recalculates it from your logs every week.
Do I need to weigh myself every day?
No. One weigh-in a week is enough to build your weight trend, while weighing more often improves the accuracy of the estimate. For the most consistent results, we recommend weighing yourself in the morning before eating.
What happens if I forget to log a day?
Your numbers stay sound. During the weekly check-in you’re asked whether empty days were fasting days or simply not logged, and you can flag partly logged days as well. Incomplete days are left out of the calculation.
Are my photos stored?
No. A photo is sent to our AI provider solely to recognise the food and is not stored on our servers. Only the dishes you confirm are saved to your diary.
Can I use it outside Turkey?
Yes. The app is available in Turkish and English, and food search puts products from the country you’re in first. Only the Cosmic Rhythm feature currently supports birthplaces in Turkey.
Which devices can I use it on?
Nutrition Pulse runs on iOS and Android devices. It supports kg and lb for weight, and cm and ft for height.
Is it a substitute for medical advice?
No. Nutrition Pulse is a nutrition and fitness tracker; it doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a health condition, please talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet.
